Benchmarking as an organisation is important to help clients identify their data challenges and impact on their business operations. Peakdale Services have experience carrying out Quality Assurance Reviews within projects and in steady state environments.
Our approach to Quality Assurance reviews is to identify the key data challenges by reviewing KPIs in place, stakeholder interviews and review of process maps and organisational structures in place. In project settings this will normally include migration planning, data cleansing progress and data quality review to identify whether preparations are on track for test milestones and Go Live. We would also propose looking at what organisations, process and tooling is in place for Go Live management of data and whether an achievable roadmap is in place for improving on these foundations.
We believe that it is important that out of any review there is a clear report which identifies both the positive findings and key areas to address within the Data landscape. We identify all important quick wins which can kick start data initiatives and foster the continuous improvement required to ensure data is managed as an asset.
